FAQS

Questions About GCC E-Invoicing

We sell in more than one GCC country. Do we need separate systems?+

No. Each country has its own rules, but your invoices can still start in one ERP. We map your data to each country's format and connect to the right authority or service provider for each entity.

What is the main difference between Saudi Arabia and the UAE or Oman?+

Saudi Arabia uses a clearance model: standard tax invoices are sent directly to ZATCA for approval before they are issued. The UAE and Oman use a Peppol-based model, where invoices are exchanged between accredited service providers and tax data is reported to the authority.

Which deadline comes first?+

Saudi Arabia is already live, with Phase 2 integration being rolled out wave by wave. Oman's Fawtara pilot starts from August 2026, and the UAE's first mandatory phase begins on 1 January 2027 for large businesses.

Can you work with the ERP we already use?+

Yes. We integrate with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Tally and custom systems via API, so your team keeps invoicing the way it does today.

Not Sure Which Rules Apply to You?
